About Perlis.
Perlis is the smallest state in Malaysia. It lies at the northern part of the west coast of peninsular Malaysia to the north,perlis bordered by state Songkhla Thailand and to the south its bordered by state of kedah. Perlis Indera Kayangan is the name of this state and it also was called Palit by the Siamese when it was under their influence. Perlis, the northern gem of malaysia, exudes natural beauty and characterised by sprawling paddy fields. its historical background is marked by ancient archaeological discoveries and its multiracial society is a fascinating amalgamation of Malays, Chinese, Indians and Thai as it shares a border with Thailand.
